Boerewors is a South African sausage from beef and pork. This award-winning free-range pork & grass-fed beef. The Boerewors comprises of a unique spice blend of pepper and coriander. Boerewors originates from South Africa and the word Boerewors actually means Farmers Sausage. There are strict rules around labelling a product Boerewors as it must contain at least 90% meat, whereas other types of sausage contain a lot less meat! This sausage is the perfect product for your barbeque, braai or home-cooked meal! Store your boerewors in the refrigerator in its original packaging and must be consumed within 3 days of defrosting for guaranteed quality and freshness.
