A more digestible alternative to whole wheat bread.

Sourdough is a stable culture of lactic acid bacteria and yeast in a mixture of flour and water. Broadly speaking, the yeast produces gas (carbon dioxide) which leavens the dough, and the lactic acid bacteria produce lactic acid, which contributes flavour in the form of sourness.

Sourdough is more digestible than standard loaves and more nutritious too. Lactic acids make the vitamins and minerals in the flour more available to the body by helping neutralise the phytates in flour that would interfere with their absorption.

Ingredients: Water, RYE flour T85 (18%), RYE flour T170 (18%), sourdough (15%) (WHEAT flour, water), WHEAT flour, salt, yeast.
May contain traces of sesame seeds, soybeans, milk and nuts.

Place the product on the tray, allow to thaw for 180 minutes at room temperature. Bake the product for 10-14 minutes at 200°C. (The times and temperatures are purely indicative, depending on the characteristics of each Oven).

Keep Frozen at -18 °C
Once the defrosting process has started, do not re-freeze.
Consume within 24 hours after preparation.
