Palate: Medium bodied with layers of ripe gooseberry, currant, and lemon grass with a clean minerally finish.
Suggested Foods: Summer salads,BBQ chicken,Thai noodles, and all types of seafood, especially fresh oysters and green-lipped mussels dishes.
