Organic (Halal) Chicken Feet (Malaysia), 500g pack (12-15 pcs), frozen

Our Lacto (Organic) / Halal Certified Chicken feet (nails are not clipped) are a part of the chicken that is cooked in many countries. After an outer layer of thin skin is removed, most of the edible tissue on the feet consists of skin and tendons, with no muscle. This gives the feet a distinct texture different from the rest of the chicken's meat. Being mostly skin, chicken feet are very gelatinous.

This has been recently frozen, we can assure you the taste and quality is the same, just in frozen state. 

Item is frozen at -20 degrees celcius, before the ‘best before’ (expiry date) on the label i.e. means it can be kept in fridge (chiller) till that date.

Note - Frozen Chicken generally has a 12 month validity in the freezer.

Raised with advanced farming technology (Lacto Chicken method), our Chicken are reared in a temperature-controlled and hygiene environment with clean water & ample space (football field, around 125m long and 15m wide) for them to freely roam about, to the soothing strains of classical Mozart music (true story!). The meat contains less fat and cholesterol, and packs a greater flavour too.

Lacto Chicken method is an ethical and clean process of rearing chickens while avoiding the use of growth hormones and antibiotics. The method promotes boosting the chicken’s immune system naturally by adding lactobacillus in their diet. The farm is quiet compared to others which clearly shows that the chickens are under hardly any stress and, therefore, happy chickens. Our local farm uses the American chicken which are grown to 46 days to reach 1.5 kg and above, respectively.
