Delivery Info

Free delivery for an order above $100.00, we also offer Self Collect, from River Valley (Nathan Road), please indicate preferred date and time, on your order, or call 81572024, SMS, Whatsapp or email: - info@newzealandfresh.sg for address. 

We generally have most products in stock, therefore we can deliver 60-90 mins, (24 hours / 7 days per week), from receipt of an order. 

Procedure from receipt of order to delivery.

When we receive an order, we acknowledge this within an hour, and reconfirm your delivery time slot request i.e. what the most convenient date and time, is to receive order, and deliver at that, agreed date and time.

Whilst we generally have most products in stock, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore we will be in contact, to confirm that we can fulfil your order, along with the likely delivery date, within an hour of your order / contacting us.

  • Deliveries are made in the 3 allocated time window slots (at checkout stage) as follows: -

10.00am-1:00pm

12:00pm-5.00pm

4.00pm-8pm

 

Note - if you would like us to deliver at a more specific time, please indicate that in the notes field of the order.

  • It is helpful that we are able to contact you, by email / phone (sms / whatsapp), to ensure that there will be someone present to receive your order. It is also helpful, that you provide us with the number of your helper or partner as a backup, in case there is no-one at home, when we deliver.
  • New Zealand Fresh only supply chilled meat, eggs, venison and chicken (frozen - sausages, salmon, fish, berries), which will arrive at your home sealed in a ‘sealed envelope style foil cooler bag’. We will send a photo of your expected delivery package along with a more accurate delivery time, once your order has been dispatched.
