Drywors (Droewors) is a South African cured meat that we produce here in Singapore! We mince Australian grass-fed Halal Beef Steak and mix with special Droewors spices, comprising of coriander, pepper, and salt. Our Droewors has a really tasty aromatic flavour, it is the perfect healthy snack and packed full of protein (est. 45-50%). Due to their thin size and dryness they are very easy to pick up and snack on.
We make our Droewors here, where we hang it to dry for a number of days in our custom built meat curing chamber until it reaches the optimum level of dryness and flavour.
Note: While our Droewors is not Halal certified, all the ingredients that are used to make the product are Halal.
Storage
Should be stored in the refrigerator in the paper bag it comes in & kept away from any excess moisture. For guaranteed freshness, you should store as directed and consume within one week of receipt.
