Harvested from the wild. Halibut is an Arctic fish from the North Atlantic seas. It lives in the deep, cold waters off the coasts of Greenland (& Canada).

The meat is snow-white, moist, and soft with a hint of buttery fragrance. Contains high level of omega3 fatty acids and other vitamins. Versatile for cooking and easy to handle, great for light cooking.

Special note: Product is imported frozen to lock its freshness at its best. Thaw the required portion and keep the rest frozen for uncompromised quality.

*Fish bones are carefully removed by hand. However, please always take caution when feeding children and the elderly as there might be the presence of pin bone that couldn’t be identified during the process.*

Country of origin: Greenland (packed in China)

Pack size: 500-700g per 1 fillet

It is favoured in Chinese cooking due to the high fat content and it does not dry out.

Greenland Halibut is the cheaper “Little Brother” of fatty white fish (Chilean/Patagonia Tooth fish) even though it is a flat fish.
