Our Fresh Wild Caught Jumbo Lump Crab Meat are solid pieces of white muscle meat from the crab’s back two main body cavities (this comes from the same area of the crab body as Colossal). It is precooked, pasteurised and ready to eat. The crab meat is hand-picked from the swimmer muscle of very large, freshly caught blue swimming crab and immediately canned to retain its firm texture and sweet, succulent, crab flavour.
