Grass Fed Lamb Leg Mini Roast, Boneless, 1.26kg, price/portion, frozen
Lamb mini roasts are cut from the muscles that make up the lamb leg. Because these are small and lean they are relatively quick and easy to roast. They typically weigh around 1250-1300g, making them a perfect size to serve 4-5. They are best when cooked rare to medium rare at most.
The Roast Lamb is a family favourite and perfect all year long, this cut can be dressed up for any festive occasion and teamed up with endless flavour combinations, not to mention is highly sort after the next day between bread for a delicious sandwich.
Mini Boneless Lamb leg, as the name suggests, comes from the leg. The joint has the bone removed so easier to cook and carve.
