In the red? In the black? Who cares! It’s all about feeling In The Pink and drinking In The Pink right now (and hopefully not looking too pink, ouch!). Made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris.

In The Pink is a new label that’s just hit the shelves and it’s another Rosé master class by superstar winemaker Dave Clouston, the bloody talented fella behind Two Rivers and Black Cottage labels (his Two Rivers L’il de Beaute Rosé won Cuisine magazine’s No.1 Rosé two years running if that gives you a clue!).

This is the typical style Clouston loves to make (and drink) – pale in colour with bright, bursting summer fruit flavours and refreshingly dry. It’s got to be dry!

Get yourself in the pink, nicely chilled and served with a summer salad or light fish or chicken dish – you’ll feel tip-top.
